Development request examples
Below are some tasks that can typically be completed in allotted hours. If you're still unsure whether your task does, please send it through and we'll advise.
Upload a blog post
Got some news you want to share with the world? Send us the written content and at least one picture to use as a the featured image.
Add a case study
Completed a new project that you want to show to potential clients? Send us all the content you have (following the template of existing case studies) and we'll get it live!
Add a team member
Is someone joining the team? Or leaving? Send us the information you need on the site and we'll do what's needed.
Change imagery
Had some new photography done for your site? Send it through and we'll replace the old ones.
Add a video
New hero video or about video for your website? Send it through to us and we'll advise what's best to do with compression and upload.
Found a bug?
Good spot! Send us as much information as you can (device, browser and steps you took to find it) and we'll see if we can replicate and find a fix. Please note, if it's a larger fix we'll let you know as it may fall out of scope of a 30 minute task.
Change a contact form
If you need a form to go to a new recipient or need to capture more/less data - let us know and we can change that. We can also create new forms in this time if they're simple!
Add a new user
Is there someone else that would benefit from accessing the website? Eg a new member of staff or external marketing partner. Let us know and we can add them! We can also use one of the task slots to provide training if required.
