Why Growth Partner exists
It gives you ongoing direction and regular delivery, so the work does not stall once the main project is done. Same team, same context, same rhythm every quarter.

This is for clients who want the website, content and wider digital setup to keep improving over time. We stay close to the business, keep reviewing what matters, and turn that into regular action.

Quarterly strategy sessions
We work in quarters, not months. Each quarter starts with a proper planning session, usually one to two hours, with two of us from the Rubber Duckers side. We review what has happened, what matters next, and where the next phase of effort should go.
Regular check-ins
Fortnightly on Steady and Focused, weekly on Committed. Short, focused calls with one or two of us from our side, so priorities stay clear and blockers get caught early.
Creative delivery time each month
A set amount of time every month that goes into the work you actually need. Continual site development, landing pages, conversion improvements, content, campaign graphics, case studies, decks, email content, planning shoots, process work, digital tidying up. The list flexes with whatever the quarter is pointing at.
Website Care included
On eligible WordPress sites, Website Care is bundled in. Updates, backups, monitoring and reporting are all handled as part of the retainer.
Direct access to the team
A shared channel and direct line into us, so we feel like part of your wider team rather than a supplier at the far end of an inbox.
A better rate on bigger work
Anything scoped outside the included time is billed at our partner rate, giving Growth Partner clients up to 25% off our standard project work.
Support across the whole business
Growth Partner works across your whole business, not just one website. If you have multiple sites, sub-brands, or a main site plus a smaller campaign site, we can work across all of them under a single retainer.
How it works
A steady rhythm, not a scramble
Growth Partner works best when there is a clear rhythm to it. We do the bigger thinking at the start of each quarter, then keep things moving in smaller, regular steps.
That means you are not constantly starting from scratch, re-briefing the same context, or leaving ideas to drift around until they go stale. We know the business, we know the priorities, and we keep the work moving.
If a Digital Roadmap has already happened, Growth Partner builds on that. If it has not, we can use the first month to get clear on current priorities, output, spend and what needs to happen next.
What the delivery time can be used for
Useful, practical work that keeps things improving
The included delivery time is there to make steady progress on the things that matter most. That might be continual site development, landing pages, conversion tweaks, content updates, campaign graphics, case studies, email content, process improvements, or planning for photography and video.
It can also cover the kind of day-to-day design and digital support that often gets pushed down the list internally, even when everyone knows it would help.
The point is not to cram everything into a day. The point is to keep the right things moving, consistently.
When a bigger project comes up
Bigger projects still move faster from here
Sometimes the work needed is bigger than the included monthly delivery block. A major website section, a larger video project, or a more involved rollout may need separate scope.
That is fine. As a Growth Partner client, you still get the benefit of shared context, clearer planning, and the partner rate on extra work. So bigger projects are easier to brief, easier to prioritise, and more cost-effective to deliver.
How this fits into the bigger picture
A natural next step after strategy and delivery
A lot of clients move into Growth Partner after a Digital Roadmap, a website project, or a period of Website Care once it is clear they need more than technical cover.
That makes sense. By that point, the plan exists, the foundations are there, and what matters most is keeping the right things moving.
Some clients come straight into Growth Partner without a previous project. That can work too, especially when the need is ongoing support rather than one defined build.
When it is not the right fit
Growth Partner only makes sense if there is real work to move forward
If you need a one-off website, a single shoot, a single video or a single logo with nothing following on, a standard project is a better fit and we will say so.
It also assumes a working relationship. Clients who prefer to brief, disappear, and come back in three months usually get more value from scoped project work.
