Our three levels of care

Managed Hosting
Your site’s secure home base.
This is for businesses that want reliable WordPress hosting, security monitoring, and backups handled properly, without extra ongoing support time.
Typical use cases:
- You have someone internal who can handle content changes
- You want peace of mind on security and uptime
- You want a stable platform, with monitoring baked in
Website Care
Technical maintenance, handled for you.
This is for teams who want the site actively looked after. Updates, backups, security, monitoring, reporting, plus a small monthly support allowance for quick fixes and minor tasks.
Typical use cases:
- You want updates and backups done safely, without lifting a finger
- The website is important to leads, sales, or recruitment
- You want someone checking the site is behaving, not just hosting it
The Works
Ongoing strategy and delivery.
This is where we become your on call digital partner. You get Website Care plus regular monthly time to improve, iterate, and keep the website aligned with your goals. Think landing pages, conversion tweaks, content updates, design improvements, photo and video edits, and proper momentum.
Typical use cases:
- Marketing is active and the website needs to keep up
- You want a partner that helps prioritise, deliver, and improve
- You want to turn the site into a living growth tool, not a static brochure
How support works
If you’re on Website Care, you get a small monthly support allowance for quick fixes and minor tasks. It’s there for the bits that keep things ticking along, without turning every tiny change into a project.
If you’re on The Works, it’s a different relationship. We act as an extension of your team, helping you plan, prioritise, and deliver what matters. That usually includes fortnightly check ins, quarterly strategic reviews, and a shared focus on your goals, whether that’s improving conversion, launching new pages, refining messaging, or keeping the site aligned with stakeholders as the business evolves.
The aim is momentum and outcomes, not counting minutes.
