Hands-on before the big reveal

If you need to do anything on the site during the project, such as populating content or data, we show you how before you start. Then, before your site goes live, we give you full control in the safe, private environment that we've been building in. This is your chance to learn the ropes, test-drive the features, and get comfortable managing your new site without the pressure of a public audience.

What to expect

✨ Recorded handover session
We’ll walk you and your core team through the essentials: updating pages, adding blog posts, managing media, and any custom features we’ve built for you. We record it so you can look back at it whenever you need.

🖋️ Real content practice
You can upload your own copy, images, and videos during this phase, making the site truly yours.

🔍 Quality assurance
Using the site yourself is one of the best ways to spot anything that needs refining before launch day.

Beyond the session

If your wider team needs access later, we can run follow-up training after launch. We’re also building a library of on-demand training resources in your client portal, so you’ll have help at your fingertips whenever you need it.
