Our website maintenance plans

Whether you want a worry free home for your website, essential technical cover, or the same care across several sites, we’ve got you covered.

Managed Hosting: from £25/mo

Your site’s secure home base.

This is for businesses that want reliable WordPress hosting, security monitoring, and backups handled properly, without extra ongoing support time.

Typical use cases:

• You have someone internal who can handle content changes
• You want peace of mind on security and uptime
• You want a stable platform, with monitoring baked in

Website Care: £125/mo

Technical maintenance, handled for you.

This is for teams who want the site actively looked after. Updates, backups, security, monitoring, reporting, plus a small monthly support allowance for quick fixes and minor tasks.

Typical use cases:

• You want updates and backups done safely, without lifting a finger
• The website is important to leads, sales, or recruitment
• You want someone checking the site is behaving, not just hosting it

Multi-site Care: from £190/mo

Full Website Care across two or more sites under one plan, at £95 per site per month.

Typical use cases:

• You run more than one WordPress site and want the same standard of care on all of them
• You want one point of contact, one invoice, and support time pooled across every site

Growth Partner: our ongoing strategy retainer

Hosting gives the site somewhere to live. Website Care keeps it secure, updated, and properly looked after. Growth Partner sits above that. It’s for clients who want the website, content, and wider digital setup to keep improving over time, without re-briefing the same context every few weeks.

Every tier includes quarterly strategy sessions, regular check-ins, monthly creative delivery time, Website Care on eligible WordPress sites, and 25% off scoped project work. The difference between tiers is how much delivery time is included each month and how closely we’re involved.

Steady: from £995/mo

Around one day of delivery a month, a quarterly strategy session, and fortnightly check-ins.

Typical use cases:

• You want ongoing momentum without a big monthly commitment
• You need a reliable rhythm of small improvements, not a full campaign

Focused: from £1,895/mo

Around two days of delivery a month, a quarterly strategy session, fortnightly check-ins, and tighter planning around specific goals.

Typical use cases:

• You have a clear plan and real work to push through each month
• You want closer planning around specific goals, not just general upkeep

Committed: from £2,995/mo

Around four days of delivery a month, a quarterly strategy session, weekly check-ins, and priority turnaround.

Typical use cases:

• You want us treated as an extension of your team
• You need priority turnaround and weekly contact, not fortnightly

How support works

If you’re on Website Care or Multi-site Care, you get a small monthly support allowance for quick fixes and minor tasks. It’s there for the bits that keep things ticking along, without turning every tiny change into a project.

If you’re on Growth Partner, it’s a different relationship. We act as an extension of your team, helping you plan, prioritise, and deliver what matters. That includes quarterly planning sessions plus fortnightly (Steady/Focused) or weekly (Committed) check ins, and a shared focus on your goals, whether that’s improving conversion, launching new pages, refining messaging, or keeping the site aligned with stakeholders as the business evolves.

The aim is momentum and outcomes, not counting minutes.

Plan flexibility

Rolling monthly, no long contracts (three-month minimum on Website Care, Multi-site Care and Growth Partner).
Change plan anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Pay annually on any plan and get two months free.
If you pause Growth Partner, we can move you to Website Care and pick things back up when you’re ready.

Managing your plan

You can see your plan, invoices, and site health in your Client Portal. To set up payment or make changes:
