The final countdown

Once you’ve signed off and training is complete, it’s pens down. We migrate your site from our private development server to our live hosting environment, powered by Rocket.net. This is the point where your site is technically ready for the public, but there’s still some behind-the-scenes magic before we hit “go.”

On launch day

We treat launch days with care and precision — this is the big reveal.

☀️ Timing matters
We schedule launches for weekday mornings (never a Friday if we can help it) so we have the whole day to monitor and respond quickly if anything needs attention.

🌐 DNS configuration
We update your domain’s DNS records to point to the new site. If you’re on our care plan, we also configure Postmark DNS records to ensure reliable email delivery from your site. DNS changes often complete in under an hour, but can take up to 24 hours to fully propagate.

🛠️ Live testing
Once the site is visible on your domain, we run through our post-launch checks: forms, links, speed, mobile responsiveness, security, and general stability.

Your milestone moment

When we’ve confirmed everything’s working as it should, we’ll:

• Mark your project as complete in the portal.
• Send you a launch email with a recap of what’s next and any important links.

Your website is officially out in the world — but this isn’t goodbye. Whether you’re on one of our care plans or working with us ad-hoc, we’re always here to keep things running smoothly and help your site grow with you.

What if something goes wrong after launch?

We understand that even the smoothest projects can have unexpected snags. That’s why we offer a 30-day post-launch support period where we’ll promptly fix any issues or bugs that are our responsibility - at no extra cost to you. Beyond this, we highly recommend our Aftercare Plans to provide ongoing support, security updates, and peace of mind so your website or digital asset continues to perform flawlessly long-term.
