The Proposal

Our proposals provide a complete roadmap for our partnership, breaking down the project scope, timeline, and investment into a clear, straightforward web page. It’s everything you need to know, with a simple digital contract at the end to kick things off.

After our discovery call, we’ll put together a proposal that’s clear, comprehensive, and tailored to your project. It’s a straightforward guide to how we’ll work together, delivered as a link that you can easily share or download.

Here’s a look at what you’ll find inside:

The Big Picture

We’ll recap your goals and outline the full scope of the project, including total investment and a projected timeline. For a web design and build, this is usually between 12 and 16 weeks, while other projects will have their own schedules. It’s all about setting clear expectations from the start.

What’s Included

This section breaks down the deliverables, whether it’s a new website, a full image bank of professional photos, or a promotional video. We’ll detail everything from initial design mockups to the final build. If you’ve requested visual content, we’ll outline our plan for capturing headshots, candid shots, and anything else needed to bring your brand to life.

Extra Ideas

Sometimes, our discovery call sparks a few extra thoughts. We’ll include these as optional add-ons, like an "about us" video or a community microsite. There’s no pressure to commit—just opportunities to enhance your project if you’re interested.

Website Aftercare

For websites, we offer aftercare plans to keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly. From hosting and daily backups to security monitoring, we handle the technical details so you don’t have to. For more on this, you can always check out our guide on Aftercare Plans.

Our Process

We’ll give you a week-by-week overview of what to expect, from our kickoff meeting to the final launch. This ensures you know what we’ll be working on and what we’ll need from you at each stage. It’s a collaborative effort, and clear communication keeps everything on track.

Payment Terms

We keep our payment terms simple and transparent. For websites, we invoice 50% upfront, 25% after design sign-off, and the final 25% at handover. For photo or video projects, it’s a 50/50 split. You can find all the details in our Payments & Invoicing guide.

The Contract

At the end of the proposal, you’ll find a straightforward, plain-English contract. Once you’re ready, you can sign it digitally, which kicks off the invoicing and onboarding process. It’s the final step to making things official and getting your project underway.

I can’t really tell you how pleased I am with the website. I think you have done an incredible job for us – whilst being absolutely lovely to work with. It means so much to us to have a website that really speaks to our mission and allows us to start to use it as a tool to serve our residents and the community more widely. Thank you!
